Email us with the account email, app version, device model, and a short description of the problem. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or highly sensitive health information.

Safety and user content

Use the Report and Block controls inside SuperLift for profiles, posts, comments, messages, workouts, and shared plans. For an urgent content-safety concern, email us with the subject “Safety report”. We review reports according to severity. Contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.

Account and sign-in help

• Confirm that the device has a working internet connection, then fully close and reopen SuperLift.
• Use the same Apple or Google account that was originally connected to SuperLift.
• Include the exact error text and approximate time in your support email.

Delete your account

Sign in, open Profile, choose Settings, then choose Delete account. SuperLift removes the authentication account, associated app records, and stored social-media files, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy. If you cannot access the account, email support for deletion assistance.
