SuperLift Terms of Use

By using the SuperLift mobile apps, web app, or related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SuperLift.

1. Service Scope

SuperLift provides workout tracking, estimated strength rankings, training plans, social publishing, comments, follows, direct messaging, and support. All currently available non-AI features are included for everyone on iOS, Android, and web. Premium commerce and AI Coach are currently unavailable on every platform. Rankings, estimates, and previously generated AI content are provided for information, entertainment, and motivation; they are not guaranteed measurements or outcomes.

2. No Medical Advice

SuperLift does not provide medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Use appropriate technique and equipment, stop if you feel pain or illness, and consult a qualified health or fitness professional when appropriate.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of profile information, training entries, posts, photos, comments, messages, and other content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve SuperLift and to show it to the audience you select. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies retained as described in our Privacy Policy or copies made by other users outside our control.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Public profiles, rankings, follow relationships, posts, workout and PR shares, comments, and social photos may be visible to other users. Direct messages are intended for their participants but should not be used for highly sensitive information.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
• Do not impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or share content without permission.
• Do not spam, scam, manipulate rankings, scrape users, evade access controls, or misuse messaging and social features.
• Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, probe, or introduce malicious code into the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain control of your sign-in account, and protect your device. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account from Settings; deletion and retention details are explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Current Feature Availability

All currently available non-AI capabilities are included for everyone without a Premium entitlement on iOS, Android, and web. Premium subscriptions, checkout, Whop purchase links, purchase prices, AI token packs or token purchases, and AI Coach are currently unavailable on every platform. Features and platform availability may change in a future version, subject to the terms presented at that time.

7. Historical Android and Web Purchases

SuperLift does not currently offer Premium subscriptions, AI token packs, Whop checkout, purchase links, or purchase prices on any platform. When those products were previously offered on Android or web, SuperLift Premium was an optional paid subscription for additional features, and AI token packs were optional one-time purchases. Premium did not affect ranking calculations. The product, price, billing period, included features, and any taxes were shown before checkout. Payments were processed by Whop, and Whop's applicable terms also applied to the transaction.

Under the terms presented while those products were offered, a subscription renewed automatically for the selected billing period unless it was cancelled before renewal. Users could cancel using the billing link supplied with the purchase or by contacting support, and access normally continued through the paid period after cancellation. Questions about a historical purchase, cancellation, or refund may still be directed to support. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Historical AI Coach Use

AI Coach is currently unavailable on every platform. When it was previously available on Android or web, AI Coach could use your prompt, recent AI messages, relevant profile and training context, and an optional image to generate a response through our AI provider. Historical AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Do not rely on it for medical, safety-critical, or other professional decisions, and verify important information yourself.

9. Safety Tools and Moderation

You can report supported user content and block or unblock users. Reports are confidential and are placed in a service-access-only review queue. Blocking removes follow relationships and restricts covered profiles, posts, comments, and messages between the blocked pair. Automated filters may replace certain configured words but cannot identify every harmful submission. We may review reports, preserve a limited evidence and decision audit trail, remove or restrict content, limit interactions, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

We review submitted safety reports and respond to content-safety messages sent to a.solodukhov@gmail.com within a reasonable period based on severity. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how social content and messages are handled, which processors we use, retention exceptions for safety reports, purchases, support and diagnostics, and how account deletion works.

11. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We will not retroactively charge you for a feature without presenting purchase terms and obtaining the authorization required by the applicable platform and law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may remove content or restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, comply with law, or investigate abuse. You may stop using SuperLift at any time and may delete your account from Settings. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, SuperLift is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of rankings, estimated 1RM values, plans, social content, or historical AI output.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of SuperLift. These exclusions do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory rights you may have to bring a claim in your country of residence.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as SuperLift changes. We will update the date above and provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
